The Chi Chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma at Western Michigan University is excited about the opportunity to strengthen the presence of noble gentlemen on campus. We strive to recruit the best and brightest students. individuals who are committed to improving themselves every day and making a positive impact on those around them.

About Us
Sigma Tau Gamma is a national fraternity founded in 1920 by educators and veterans of World War I who shared a vision of developing principled leaders and responsible citizens. Built upon the ideals of Manhood, Brotherhood, and Citizenship, Sigma Tau Gamma challenges its members to follow a lifelong Path of Principles: Learning, Integrity, Excellence, Leadership, Citizenship, and Brotherhood.
The Chi Chapter at Western Michigan University was re-established in 2015 after nearly five decades away from campus. What began with a group of 18 dedicated students has grown into a thriving brotherhood committed to making a positive impact on the university and surrounding community.
At Sigma Tau Gamma, members seek more than just a college degree, they seek personal growth, meaningful relationships, leadership opportunities, and a lifelong network of brothers. Through academic achievement, campus involvement, community service, philanthropy, and social engagement, our members strive to become the best versions of themselves while helping others do the same.
As the Chi Chapter continues to grow, we remain dedicated to building noble generations of men who lead with character, serve with purpose, and leave a lasting legacy at Western Michigan University.
