ABOUT US
Sigma Tau Gamma is a national college fraternity founded in 1920 by educators and by veterans of the First World War. Founded as a society of men who endeavor to pursue the highest ideals Manhood, Brotherhood and Citizenship, its members dedicate themselves to a Path of Principles: Learning, Integrity, Excellence, Leadership, Citizenship and Brotherhood. Re-Founded at Western Michigan University in the Fall Semester of 2015, Sig Tau Fraternity is a greek organization in coordinance with the Inter Fraternity Council (IFC). After 47 years of not being on campus, 18 WMU students re-founded this fraternity based on the highest of ideals.
These gentlemen who have re-founded this fraternity desired to get something more out of their college experience other than a degree. These men are looking for something different within the lines of fraternalism. Sig Taus pursue and work towards finding the perfect man through their involvement in the Chi Chapter at WMU. Will you accept the challenge of Sigma Tau Gamma!
OUR VISION
The Associate Chi Chapter at Western Michigan University is thrilled about the opportunity of building the presence of noble gentlemen here on Western Michigan's campus. We strive to recruit the best and brightest students who seek to improve themselves everyday. When like-minded individuals work together to achieve a goal of prospering and growing, something special happens. Sig Tau Fraternity has an obligation to continue a positive and value added movement for future WMU Broncos to come.
